I Timothy 2:1-3
Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior,
“Father, rain the power of Your Holy Spirit upon our people and our land. We need Your help now the most. Fill our leaders with wisdom O Father. Let there be peace and harmony in our Country, Lord. You are our Source, Lord.
Thank You, Father for giving us peace and racial Healing that surpasses all understanding. I praise and thank You, holy God. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”
●Word of Exhortation For Today.
Faith Is Thanking God in Advance
“When you pray and you ask for something, believe that you have received it and you will be given what you asked for” (Mark 11:24 .
Faith is not believing God can do something.
Faith is not hoping he will do something. Faith is thanking God in advance.
Jesus said, “When you pray and you ask for something, believe that you have received it and you will be given what you asked for” Mark 11:24.
You say, “Wait a minute! I’ve got to thank God in advance before I get it in order to get it?”
■Yes. If you thank God after you’ve got it, that’s gratitude.
■When you thank him in advance, that’s called faith.
I will Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
