Text: Matthew 6:28-31, 34
Don’t Worry About Tomorrow
“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
●God knows what you are going through. He knows why you are hurting. He knows what or who caused the pain. God understands even your deepest inexpressible feelings.(1Peter 5:7)
●Whatever you are going through let me assure you that God is working something out for your good. (Roman 8:28)
●At the right time He will restore everything you have lost. He will mend your broken heart. He will renew your fainting spirit. He will wipe away your tears. He will put joy in your heart & a smile on your face.(Psalm 30:5-8)
Proclaim “I have put my trust in God. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?” (Psalm 56:11)
