Teach Me To Number My Days

Service Type:

Text: Psalms‬ ‭90:10-12‬ ‭
“The days of our lives are seventy years; And if by reason of strength they are eighty years, Yet their boast is only labor and sorrow; For it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Who knows the power of Your anger? For as the fear of You, so is Your wrath. So teach us to number our days, That we may gain a heart of wisdom.”

Paul also warns us:

Ephesians‬ ‭5:15-16‬ ‭

“See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.”

What it Means To Number our Days?

Genesis‬ ‭2:18-19‬ ‭
“And the Lord God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.” Out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them. <And whatever Adam called each living creature, that was its name.”>
