The Dynamic Of The Declaration Of Faith
Purpose of this message:
Let’s enter into 2023 with the dynamic declaration and exercising of our faith. We have another 57 days. It’s not too late.
Your faith is not faith until it is exercised in our most difficult times. Faith is most effective in our difficult times and births miracles.
We can’t be in despair too long. We cannot afford the promises of God to fail in our lives. It is time to arise. The people of God have faith to believe.
Keep praying even if you haven’t seen it yet. He is about to do something (Habakkuk 3: 17-19)
“Whether a wilderness or desert, that is the right place for a miracle”
Rev Benedict Rajan
Faith works best in uncertainty.
Faith begins to work best when you linger in prayer and wait on the presence of God.
David wrote a psalm of exuberant faith in the midst of the most fearful circumstances before his victory.
He turned the darkest circumstances into a place of connection with God.
“The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked came against me To eat up my flesh, My enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell. Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war may rise against me, In this I will be confident.”
Psalms 27:1-3 NKJV
The Lord will have us know that we will intentionally turn our negative emotions into a place of connection with God.
“One thing I have desired of the Lord, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord, And to inquire in His temple.”
Psalms 27:4 NKJV
“When You said, “Seek My face,” My heart said to You, “Your face, Lord, I will seek.””
Psalms 27:8 NKJV
There are two dynamic prayers in these Scriptures that caused David to have exuberant faith.
1. The prayer of intimacy. The intimacy with the Lord breaks fear. (Psalm 73: 2, 17, Psalm 91:1) The private of our prayers builds intimacy and confidence with the Lord. (Matthew 6:6, Luke 10:38-42)
2. The prayer of inquiry. Enough is enough of our strength and planning. Now it is time for God to plan our lives. The prayer of inquiry will enable you to dream the plan of God and access to your destiny. Allow. The hand of God to move. We as children of God have access to hear His voice. (John 10:27) This is a critical moment where we need to hear the voice of God. (2 Samuel 5: 17-25, Psalm 37: 23-24)
The discipline of waiting on the Lord is what will help these prayers. Don’t get impatient.
Your waiting time is not a wasted time.
“But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.”
Isaiah 40:31 NKJV
“Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!”
Psalms 27:14 NKJV
God is right on time.
