You Cannot Have A New Beginning Without the Grace of God

Passage: 1 Peter 4:7
Service Type:

A new day is dawning on us and the church. A season is ending and a new season is beginning. (1 Peter 4:7)
——————————————————————

John 1: 16-17 is the result of the finished work of Jesus on the Cross.

God’s grace for us is sufficient, regardless of the situations we face or our qualifications.

Grace is measured according to the finished work of Jesus and our new beginning in Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:17, Ephesians 2:8)

Grace plays a vital role as we seek this new season. When the facilities of the world end , the facilities of God begin and that facility is grace.

Joel 2: 20-26 is a prophetic perspective and declaration for this time of pandemic and the grace available for it.

God remains faithful yesterday, today and tomorrow. (Hebrews 13:8, Psalms 37: 18-19)

Purpose of this message:

Let’s begin our new season with the dynamics of God’s grace. (Psalms 84:11)

2 Scriptures Speaking of This Enabling Grace:

1. Grace enables us to overcome sin (Romans 6:1-2)

2. John 8: 3-11
* religious laws cannot give grace
* Jesus is the embodiment of the grace of God [1 John 3:1]
* from His presence we draw grace upon grace.
* He possibly might have written in the sand that His grace sufficient.

How do we have access to this grace?

We have access to this grace by faith in Jesus; our hope and belief in God. “By faith” is the highway to those things we need in God.
(Romans 5: 1-2, 2 Corinthians 12:9)
