Our Hope In Jesus Cannot Be Easily Shaken

Passage: 1 Corinthians 13: 12-13
Service Type:

Bible Text: 1 Corinthians 13: 12-13 | Speaker: Rev. Benedict Rajan | Once the MCO is over, we will be going to the places in God that we have never seen before. We will not be doing church or living our lives never the same way ever again. This pandemic is a sign of the end times return of Jesus and new strategies must be found for evangelism and soul winning. (Joshua 3: 4-5)
During this time, the church must pray in hope (Psalms 40: 1-3). Hope is a waiting game. The end result will be a fear and trust of God.
Message:
1 Corinthians 13: 12-13 (NLT)
Three Things Will Last Forever
1. Faith
2. Hope
3. Love
The greatest of these is love. Our hope in Jesus cannot be easily shaken.
All of creation will be shaken so that only unshakeable things will remain. (Hebrews 12: 27-29)
Unless we receive Jesus, we cannot receive His Kingdom that cannot be shaken.
You belong to an unshakeable Kingdom when you live for Jesus. In the midst of these shaky times:
1. A child of God cannot be shaken
2. The promises of God cannot be shaken
3. The church of God cannot be shaken
4. The plan of God cannot be shaken
5. The prophecies of God regarding you cannot be shaken.

Purpose of this message:
To encourage you that your hope in Jesus during this difficult time cannot fail you (Romans 5:5)
The basis of this hope is not religious but is in His love (1 Corinthians 13:8, 1 John 3:1)

4 Ways God works this hope effectively in our lives. (Philippians 2:13)
The hope of God abounds-
1. in a hopeless situation. (Romans 4: 18-21, Mark 10: 46-52)

2. in the place where the promises of God are claimed, confessed and proclaimed. (2 Chronicles 20: 6-9)

3. in the person who practices the ministry of remembrance. (2 Corinthians 9:8, Lamentations 3: 20-25, Psalms 97:12)

4. when we understand we have a prophetic destiny (John 15:16, 1 Corinthian 2: 9-10, Isaiah 64:4)

These 4 dynamic principals are the cornerstone of our hope in Christ Jesus (Romans 12:12)
