Everything Will Live Where The River Flows
Everything lives where the river of His presence flows.
“Then he brought me into the sanctuary and measured the doorposts, six cubits wide on one side and six cubits wide on the other side—the width of the tabernacle.”
Ezekiel 41:1 NKJV
“And it shall be that every living thing that moves, wherever the rivers go, will live. There will be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters go there; for they will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river goes. It shall be that fishermen will stand by it from En Gedi to En Eglaim; they will be places for spreading their nets. Their fish will be of the same kinds as the fish of the Great Sea, exceedingly many. But its swamps and marshes will not be healed; they will be given over to salt. Along the bank of the river, on this side and that, will grow all kinds of trees used for food; their leaves will not wither, and their fruit will not fail. They will bear fruit every month, because their water flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for medicine.””
Ezekiel 47:9-12 NKJV
We must continue to pursue the presence of God and have encounters with Him and be transformed by Him.
Water in the Bible represents the Holy Spirit. What does His presence do? We must pursue His presence until we overflow with His presence.
“And it will come to pass in that day That the mountains shall drip with new wine, The hills shall flow with milk, And all the brooks of Judah shall be flooded with water; A fountain shall flow from the house of the Lord And water the Valley of Acacias.”
Joel 3:18 NKJV
In the Presence of God
1. ‘And it will come to pass in that day That the mountains shall drip with new wine’ We will experience His new wine, a fresh anointing of His Holy Spirit through communion with Him. There is a stirring of a fresh fire of the Holy Spirit. This new fire brings a new zeal for the house of the Lord.
2. Milk represents nourishment, a desire to grow in the Lord and never being satisfied with our spiritual life, growing from level to level. This bring fruitfulness of the Spirit in our lives, bringing others into the Kingdom of God.
3. ‘flooded with water’: the pouring out of the Holy Spirit which brings boldness to reach others with the gospel. The presence of God causes to be sensitive to His voice. Are we listening to Him? This builds an intimacy with the Lord.
4. ‘fountain shall flow from the house of the Lord’ represents and overflowing of the Presence of God. This bring a transformation through the Holiness of the presence of God, consecrated and set up for Him. This overflow causes a breaking of miracles, signs and wonders.
5. ‘And water the Valley of Acacias.’ represents the valley of decision. When we carry the presence of God, the water of the Holy Spirit will water them and give people the opportunity to know Christ. This speaks of a greater harvest of souls (Ezekiel 47:10) which comes through our lives overflowing with His presence into the lives of others. Greater revival will than take place. We carry His anointing and presence wherever we go as long as we pursue His presence, which is the key for greater evangelism, souls being saved and revival coming.
It doesn’t matter where you are in the presence of God but keep pursuing Him until we are living in the overflow of His Holy Spirit to be blessed and be a blessing to those in the valley of decision.
